This Privacy Policy for Online Marketing Campaigns (“Campaign Privacy Policy”) explains how Manifest.com (the “Site”, “us” or “we”), a website developed & owned by Manifest LLC, uses and protects information that you (“you” or “user”) provide us when you use webpages on our Site designated specifically for our marketing campaigns or that we collect through online marketing campaigns conducted for us through third-party sites (for example, Twitter.com). How We Obtain Your Information:
We get information about you in a range of ways. Information You Give Us. We collect information you directly give us on the webpages designated specifically for our marketing campaigns, which may include information such as your first and last name, company, company mailing address, telephone number and email address.

Advertising We May Use
We may use Twitter’s Targeted Audience (or other third-party Remarketing) to advertise our services across the Internet. Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of our site you have viewed by placing a cookie on your computer or other device, or based on information collected about your mobile device. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to tell us that you visited a certain page, so we should show you ads relating to that page. Twitter’s Targeted Audience (or other third-party Remarketing) allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

How We Ensure the Security of Your Information
Manifest takes steps to protect and secure your identifiable and non-identifiable personal information. We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or loss of your identifiable personal information. However, we cannot assure you that your identifiable and non-identifiable personal information will never be disclosed in a nature that conflicts with this Campaign Privacy Policy.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any breach of security or actions undertaken by any third parties that receive the information.
Manifest retains all rights of ownership in and to our software, code, databases, designs and any other internally developed application to provide the Site. We may utilize authorized third-party vendors and hosting companies to provide or support the software, hardware, storage, networking and other necessary technology required to provide certain services that allow us to better communicate with our customers.
Controlling Your Personal Information
Upon written request, we will give you access to review any of your personal information that we have and to allow you to correct any inaccuracies or to remove your personal information, provided it is not required to be retained for our valid business purposes or by law.
