Eric plays the role of instigator at Manifest. Never content with the status quo, he challenges the team to dare greatly and never settle. Eric joined Manifest after a career with Publicis, where he worked on iconic brands such as Red Lobster, Aflac, NAPA Auto Parts and Pfizer. Previously, he ran his own service design agency helping companies to navigate the new era of customer-centric operations. Before that, Eric was head of global marketing for an international franchise, overseeing the marketing activities of 1,100 offices across 70 countries.

Our Leadership Team
Melissa merges the science of algorithms and the art of creative. With a proven track record building successful teams and divisions, she leads Manifest’s data and digital marketing practices, as well as OutPerform, the performance marketing arm of Manifest. Melissa brings more than 15 years of performance marketing experience and more than 11 years of experience in building branding and insight-driven digital strategy at national agencies for clients such as AT&T, Express Scripts, UPS, Abbott Laboratories and Alamo Rent A Car.
David is creating a platform. His goal is the unification of Manifest’s financial, operational and cultural elements. Before joining Manifest, he served as CFO at McMurry/TMG. His earlier experiences working in corporate finance included roles at Time Warner and as CFO for several agencies, including Publicis New York. David began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Sacha believes that great design gets us addicted to a better reality. He seeks to shape experiences customers want to watch, use and repeat, which he has done in lead roles at Critical Mass in London, Huge, Razorfish, Organic and Grey in Germany. Over his 20-year career, Sacha has developed integrated advertising campaigns and design experiences for clients such as Audi, Samsung, Pfizer, P&G, MTV, Intel and GE. His work has been recognized at Cannes, Eurobest and the FastCo. innovation awards, and he has judged several award shows, including the Cannes Lions Cyber Jury.
Laura pushes brands to shift perspectives and disrupt the market. Her career has been spent building client relationships across myriad brands. Before joining Manifest, Laura worked across a global portfolio at DigitasLBi, including AstraZeneca’s Epanova branded and unbranded efforts, which garnered the Cannes Lion Grand Prix in 2015. She also launched AstraZeneca’s lung cancer unbranded efforts and Pfizer’s Lyrica digital content strategy. Laura’s earlier experience includes United Airlines, Discover Card and Capital One, SonoSite Imaging, J&J and the Ad Council.
Terri believes in the connection between personal and organizational growth. By optimizing employee development, maintaining HR best practices and creating a collaborative and supportive agency resource, she supports the growth needs of Manifest and her team. Before joining Manifest, she created, developed and oversaw the HR department at Management Resources Group, now known as Emerson Consulting.
Liz wants the world to know that Manifest is a leader in all things content. She leads marketing and new business, working to add more great brands to the ones we currently serve. Liz joined Manifest after more than two decades of sales and marketing leadership, at Sony’s Ambassador Creative, Lionsgate, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, AMC, USA Network and Tribune Entertainment, where she held executive leadership positions. She is best known for starting the first branded entertainment revenue stream in television syndication.
Betsy has a natural instinct for who’s going to change the game. She leads recruiting for Manifest’s five studios across the U.S. and is building a diverse and inclusive workforce of best-in-discipline talent. Her deep understanding of conceptual marketing solutions and sharp eye for design have served her well in talent recruitment and management roles at Publicis, Gotham, Marcus St. Jean and Lowe New York.
